Los Angeles, California and San Antonio, Texas – The light that shines in every street can be compared to justice and the court is the place where one can go hoping to see the wrongs righted. It’s a fact that a lot of people don’t want to be in some kind of legal drama. Indeed, it can be stressful, time-consuming, exhausting and needlessly costly financially, among other things.
However, there may be times in life when people are driven to seek justice for an offense. What then is JUSTICE? It is defined in a way as follows:
- the quality of being fair and reasonable.
Yet in today’s society it is unfortunate that in so many situations Justice does not prevail and the truth may or may not be welcomed by judicial individuals, regardless of position. Life does not always turn out as desired or planned by a person. In the life of each individual, something important happens and at some point, our lives on earth will no longer have meaning. Many people are familiar with the expression “Enjoy life while you can”. Also, more and more people are hearing about love and how to LOVE STRONG because it is the only way to truly love. Amor es muy importatnte porustede y Yo, por todas.
This press release is designed to share a bit of storyline and legal drama in the hope that it helps someone. J Ruiz and her husband have been married for years. The couple were blessed with a divine marriage, children, home business, and more. One day, something very unexpected happened when the husband died suddenly. This came as a shock to many as the husband was thriving and doing well health wise. It left the family grieving, shocked and other burdens came along with it like emotional, physical and financial. Things like this are somewhat expected in seasons like this, but then another unexpected thing happened, then another and another, and so on. The widow tried to put herself in the husband’s shoes with the business the couple had helped start, market, etc. fifty percent husband of a thriving business.
Unfortunately, a partner and owner took the business for themselves, kicking out the widow and the children. The widow made numerous attempts to meet with her husband’s business partner to help sort out the problem, but all of her attempts were refused. After many prayers, a legal request was made by the widow for justice. Unfortunately, the other parties continue to lie and false stories have been fabricated. Some lawyers have been hired who do not always have the best interests of the client in mind and truths are not always allowed in court as valid evidence that cannot hold attention. The justice system needs to be changed somewhat to allow cases to move more quickly and also to ensure that light shines in the dark. Sometimes lawyers and judges can use the system to allow and disallow valid evidence of fraud. It can lead to wondering how some people really sleep at night knowing that they are twisting the truth to be seen as a lie and a lie to be seen as the truth. The Bible also warns us against these types.
Too many people see the corruption in today’s society and God is by no means pleased with that. It is unfair that this widow had to take this legal route to try to get justice to begin with. When the husband died, the business partner may have changed the name of the business and not properly settled half of the deceased’s business with the successor and legitimate heirs. It seems that a business partner of the deceased partner has more rights of access to the share of the deceased business than the spouse who started the business with the deceased. In community of property, the law states that the spouses own 50/50 of what is obtained during a marriage, as in this case (unless otherwise agreed by both spouses). The law makes it easy for surviving business partners to obtain vital personal records of the deceased without contacting the family for approval. This needs to change and when they have to involve the families there will be less of this type of crime. Laws need to be changed.
There should be a law that says the partner must make right to the family of the deceased or face strict penalties and consequences. There are stories of numerous delaying tactics incorporated by attorneys, subpoenas ignored by the courts, and conspiracies and fear schemes that disloyalties use to increase opportunities for UNJUST ENRICHMENT. Fraud and perjury are criminal offenses and the people, both clients and judges, who commit them must be held accountable. They should face the wrath of the law. This happens far too often and it is high time that more citizens come together for a common good and increase the chances that more people will get justice and not continue to walk the halls of darkness to no light . It is time for those who are oppressed to step into the wondrous light and demand justice.
We must stand
We have to fight
For what’s right
For you for me
We have to agree
We have to wake up
Arise in me O GOD
Increase our strength and faith
Erase the hate
Help us shape
be a better place
may we love
It is important to respect leaders because it is God’s instruction to honor authority. 1 Peter 2:13-17: “Submit yourselves to (the authority of) every human institution for the sake of the Lord (to honor his name), whether to a king as a person in a position of power, 14 or to governors sent by him to to punish those who do evil, and to praise and encourage those who do good. 15 For it is the will of God that by doing good you may silence (muzzle, gag) the (guilty) ignorance and irresponsible criticism of foolish people. Live as FREE people, but do not use your freedom as a cover or excuse for evil, but (use it and live) as servants of God, 17 Show respect for all people (treat them honourably), love the brotherhood (of believers), fear God, honor the king.”
Now, God has not given believers a spirit of fear. People should be allowed to live in a world where there is love, justice, protection and ALL LIVES should MATTER. A person’s color, creed and socio-economic background should be less important. Let’s take each other by the hand and live and act today as our tomorrow you are of age is better. This article trusts in the Heavenly Father to right wrongs. Some people may wonder about the little story shared in this article. This is part of the story of Ruiz’s widow. The widow prays and hopes for victory in the legal battle. She hopes for a change for the better for all. Remember that faith without works is dead.
James 4:17″So whoever knows what to do and doesn’t do it, for him it is a sin. I ask all governmental entities, political authorities and legislators, etc. to see what can be done to help improve this legal system. It shouldn’t be so entangled or allow the loopholes that give rewards and pleasure to the corrupt.”
“Isaiah 10: “1 Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees, 2 depriving the poor of their rights and depriving the oppressed of my people of justice, preying on widows and robbing orphans.“It takes action to see the desired light in the world. Communities should call leaders, write letters to federal city, state and county officials, as well as vote, advocate for good causes. Do acts of kindness for others and be the desired change in every society. People should learn to do justice and love the other person and one of the main ways to do that is to Love and LOVEHARD.
